The Enlightenment Intensive Retreat inspires you to set aside a few days in your life to cultivate and deepen the revelation of your True Self. People at Enlightenment Retreats discover they are the Source of Love and find their hidden personal power. They dive deep into illumination and EXPERIENCE DIRECT CONSCIOUS AWAKENING OF THEIR True SELF.

The Retreat combines several ancient and modern techniques for transforming fear into love, darkness into light and ignorance into wisdom. You will learn a powerful 'who am I' self enquiry yoga technique that combines honest communication with meditation. You will experience 'love's breath' and the joy of surrendering to Love. You will laugh. You will cry. You will soar and you will fly.

Questhaven Retreat Centre. (www.questhaven.org) Questhaven is 640 acres of a consecrated nature sanctuary in the coastal hills of North County San Diego.  It includes several miles of nature trails and beautiful scenic views.  The accommodations are very comfortable private rooms and baths, twin share rooms with bath or shared cottages.  Comfortable beds, linens and towels are furnished.   Book early with your $200.00 deposit for your preferred choice of accommodation.  Participants doing 6.5 days will have priortiy on the private rooms.
