What actually Happens?        We'll kick off on Friday night with a sensual puja led by master Francoise,  and then will continue all day on Saturday, Sunday and Monday afternoon with this powerful line up of teachers: Dave Cates, Jaiya Ma, Kirin Khalsa, Liquid Bowls, Reid Mihalko, Robert Silber, and Shawn Roop (See below for details about each teacher and their offering.) Starting Sept. 10th you will be emailed a registration confirmation with how to prepare and all the specific social agreements. Please read and save this confirmation. Is it best to fly into San Diego? Should I rent a car? Escondido is approx. 30 min. North East of the SD airport. Once you arrive at the retreat, you will not be needing transportation so it is best to ride share with someone who already has a car. We have a face book group where you can post that you are looking to ride share, but we are not coordinating pick-ups. This is why we encourage you to register with friends. What is your Refund Policy? You are entiteld to a full refund up to 2 weeks before the event begins. Afterwards, you're expected to pay 50% and half the amount will be refunded. Are there day passes? We are intending to provide an immersive environment for the duration. We understand that not everyone make it to all three days of the festival, but there are no discounted day passes. The tuition is set at such a reasonable price that we trust you will still get immense value and attend as much as possible. Act fast, the registrations are rolling in. Can I Commute? Yes. The location is conveniently located outside of San Diego so that north county residents can drive back and forth and sleep in the comfort of their own home. Dorm beds and tent space is limited so several locals may want to offer couches and guest rooms to out of town guests. Sleeping arrangements? There are approx. 35 dorm style beds and then there is communal space for airmatresses in the community room and floor space in the big top tent. You will be assigned a space based on when you sign up.  Bring your own bedding but do not bring a tent as camping is not allowed. What about food? We will be coordinating community potlucks. Once you register, you will be assigned to a group and a meal will be coordinated. Everyone is expected to bring at least one food contribution and offer at least an hour of kitchen support. If you have special needs you must bring your own cooler with your own provisions. We do not have enough fridge space to accomodate everyone with special diets. What are the hours? The gate opens at 4pm on Friday and we will start registration at 5:30pm. The hours go all the way until we begin on Friday at 6. We start at 8:30 every other morning and go past midnight. Francoise Ginsberg will lead an unforgettable puja to open your heart and create community. She received her doctorate from the University of Paris, where she worked as a woman's counselor in sexology. She has been leading puja rituals for different organizations since 1994.
